Alexandria #297 welcomed DDGM Dan Lort and his District team with a wonderful ham dinner prepared by Chef Salisbury and his team, Tuesday, October 18, 2017. The Grand Master’s word was well-received. Great evening!

DDGM DAN LORT’S OFFICIAL VISIT TO ALEXANDRIA LODGE WILL BE TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2017.

Brethren

Tuesday night October 17 will be a busy night. The Lodge starts with a Trustee Meeting at 6:30 PM, a dinner to Honor DDGM Dan Lort  at 7:00 PM, and Lodge to open at 7:30 PM.

DDGM Lort has done an outstanding job as District Deputy. WM Dale Porter has asked  for everyone to Please Attend this meeting. After DDGM Lort is done with his duty in the district he may seek a higher position with Grand Lodge.

Also, we may have to show DDGM Lort some sympathy. He went elk hunting in Wyoming. His horse threw him off and after shooting an elk he had to share it with a grisly bear. All these things will make for a good night.

I can assure everyone with WM Porter sitting in the East it will not be a dull night. Fraternally, Bro Weller
